REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR EACH WORKSHOP
Each regular Conference registrant can attend two to three sessions, depending upon the length of those selected, and can visit the Exhibit Hall, view video shows and attend the Convocation at the end of the day. Preregistration is required, and you must select your workshops as you register, so that tickets can be sent to you. These tickets will tell you the time, the building, and the room where the class you have chosen will be conducted.

EXHIBIT HALL
If your cooperative is investigating a building-wide computer system, or new windows, or refinancing its underlying mortgage, or considering whether electronic towers or relays on the roof might be a new source of income, or seeking the best insurance protection -- or if your condominium is concerned about the condition of the elevator or the building envelope, or is ready to redesign the lobby, or upgrade the laundry facilities or resolve water bill questions, help is to be found in the Exhibit Halls. There, dozens of exhibitors -- including representatives of several city agencies -- will show their products and services. You can see and touch new products, ask questions of competing companies, collect literature, and begin the selection process. The Exhibit Hall is open from 8 AM to 3 PM, with complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the day. Plan to arrive early in the morning for a preliminary visit to the exhibits before your first seminar. You can also exhibit-hop during the lunch break, when snacks, beverages and box lunches can be purchased from the catering service in the Exhibit Hall. A number of exhibitors will offer door prizes to be awarded at the Convocation at the end of the day. Every Conference registrant receives a name badge which admits them to the exhibit area at no additional cost. To attend only the exhibits and the video theater, cut out the complimentary ticket on the cover of the CNYC Newsletter. Additional tickets for the exhibits and videos can be purchased for $5. They are valid from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM.

VIDEO PRESENTATIONS
CNYC's television show, CO-OP ROUNDTABLE, is presented throughout the day. The annual Conference Brochure and program lists the schedule of these shows. All Conference registrants and holders of Exhibit area tickets are welcome at the videos. Workshops registrants can view shows early in the morning or during the lunch break, or they can plan a day that combines workshops and videos.

FEE SCHEDULE
Each cooperative and condominium that is a current member of the Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums can send one representative to this Conference at no cost. For others, registration fees vary depending on the status of your building, the timing of your registration, and whether you take advantage of the team registration opportunity. Check the Conference Brochure, inserted in the Summer and Autumn issues of the CNYC Newsletter, for details and for the registration form. Advance registration is strongly encourage as it facilitates appropriate room assignments, and, in some cases, enables participants to submit questions or topic requests for the sessions they have chosen. Tickets will be mailed to all those registered by November 10th. Later registrants should allow extra time to pick up their tickets at the Conference. Tickets are required for entry to each workshop. Carefully consult your ticket and the Conference Program for the location of your workshops. Report to CNYC Headquarters for your Conference materials when you arrive.

CONVOCATION
At the end of the day, all participants are invited to gather for refreshments and the awarding of door prizes. There, CNYC leaders will highlight the year's successes for cooperatives and condominiums and to honor a prestigious advocate of cooperatives and condominiums.
