COMPARATIVE STUDY OF 2000 OPERATING COSTS

The Comparative Study of Building Operating Costs for the year 2000 will soon be sent to all current CNYC members. This annual study contains data from more than 700 cooperatives and condominiums. If your financial data was included, the cover letter forwarding the Comparative Study will give your code number. Even when your own statistics are not included, the Comparative Study is useful as you examine the costs in buildings of similar size and situation. Please make a note now to send CNYC your 2001 financial statement as soon as it is ready, so that your statistics can be included in next year's Cost Study. On the cover of our 2000 Comparative Study, we remember the Twin Towers as they used to stand facing the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor.
